The Marina di San Lorenzo al Mare marina is located along the coast of the province of Imperia, in the municipality of San Lorenzo al Mare.

This is a modern and efficient landing place, opened in 2008, which enjoys an excellent location on the Riviera dei Fiori, in a very accorsed and picturesque corner of the Ligurian Sea.

It is an integral part of the Cozzi-Parodi Group, a conglomerate of companies operating in western Liguria that specializes in real estate sales, tourism facilities, and construction. In addition to the Marina di San Lorenzo, the group has played a leading role in the creation of two other marinas: Marina degli Aregai (in nearby Santo Stefano a Mare) and Portosole, in Sanremo, which are located three and eight nautical miles from the marina, respectively.

The ports are protected by a sub-billow pier and a long outer breakwater pier.
It accommodates nine piers and is designed to accommodate up to 365 boats at once, for boats between 6 and 20 meters in length.
It offers its guests continuous mooring assistance service (24 hrs.), the possibility to get drinking water and electricity directly at the dock (equipped with lighting).
The port area also offers restrooms and showers, a garbage and sewage collection service, and a diver service for underwater intervention needs.

The area is well protected from II and III winds, but beware of any strong southwesterly currents.

As for shipbuilding and maintenance facilities, the marina has a boat slip, a dry dock, and a shipyard.
In addition, there is a gas and diesel fueling station at the marina.

In addition to its boating function, the Marina di San Lorenzo port also qualifies as a tourist attraction, offering various services to patrons who choose to spend their vacations here.

In fact, the marina’s business proposals include a building housing sixty maritime cabins and a hotel-the Hotel Riviera dei Fiori-a four-star hotel with 44 rooms and direct access to a private beach.
The beach is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and has a lifeguard station.
The rooms have all hotel comforts (satellite TV, air conditioning, mini-bar), while the hotel also houses a bar-restaurant, a gymnasium and a wellness center-the Jacaranda Spa.
In addition to the spa and restaurant, the Marina San Lorenzo area also houses a charter agency, sailing school, and boat market.

Planned, however, is the expansion of the commercial hub, with the integration of some 20 new businesses.

In the immediate vicinity of the port, you’ll find a pharmacy, a campground, supermarkets, pizzerias, and restaurants. There is also a parking lot reserved for guests of the marina and the hotel.

The complex is located next to the pedestrian and bicycle path that leads all the way to San Remo.

Located near the center of Santo Stefano al Mare, the Marina di San Lorenzo al Mare is strategically situated for sailing along the Liguria coast, heading to the Côte d’Azur, or to Corsica.
The port is 40 nautical miles from Menton, 80 nautical miles from Cap Corse, and 88 nautical miles from Calvi.
Genoa Airport is about 105 kilometers away, while Nice Airport is about 85 kilometers away.

The Marina di San Lorenzo is easily reached by car or by public transport.
It is in fact about 5 kilometers from the Imperia Ovest exit of the A10 highway (for those coming from Genoa), and about 10 kilometers from the Sanremo Est exit (for those coming from Ventimiglia).
By train, on the other hand, it is possible to get off at the Imperia- Porto Maurizio station and continue one’s journey by bus for about 15 minutes.
