Dropping anchor on the island of Cres
The Kolorat Inlet is a bay on the Dalmatian coast of Croatia, divided into many branches and surrounded by greenery. The water is crystal-clear, and it is a good spot for boat anchorages.
It is located in the Punta Kriza area of the island of Cres.
There are buoys (on mooring lines) with concrete bases and ropes ready for securing a boat.
The bay is exposed to the bora wind. The northern arm offers good shelter.
Unlike many years ago, the bay can now be very crowded with yachts, Sailing Boats, and Motor Boats.
