The Marina di Teulada, also known in the local dialect as Su Portu Nou, is situated within a stunning natural setting: it is located on the southern coast of Sardinia, which is home to a large number of nature reserves. Small bays, headlands, and beaches lapped by crystal-clear, pristine waters make this setting the perfect place to relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life.
Using the marina as a starting point and heading west, you can reach the beaches of Su Portu de S’Arena, Portu Tramatzu, and Tuerredda—considered one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Sardinia. You can then enjoy long, scenic walks as you explore these incredible national treasures.
The marina overlooks the inlet of the old Budello port, and the nearest town is Teulada, which is only 7 km away. Here you’ll find everything you need, including groceries and other supplies.
The protected water area of the harbor covers 29,170 square meters, with a 390-meter two-arm breakwater and a 210-meter groyne, both fully equipped with docks. The draft near the docks ranges from 1 meter to 4 meters.
The marina has 2 fixed piers, in addition to 6 docks with a total length of 920 meters and 3 floating piers. A total of 250 berths are available for boats up to 35 meters in length.
When approaching the port, it is advisable to maintain a safe distance from Punta Niedda to avoid the shoals. The entrance is located along the line connecting Punta Niedda and Torre di Portoscudu, where the seabed reaches a maximum depth of 16 meters.
The marina’s administrative office is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to provide information to customers and to answer questions and requests. The port, however, is open 24 hours a day.
The docks are lit. Electricity and drinking water are provided, as is trash collection. Mooring services are available, and there is a slip.
The fuel station is located at the dock and is accessible to customers from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week.
Customers will be able to use the toilets and showers provided by the marina and the wi-fi Internet network, which is present throughout the ports.
There is a large parking lot for cars. The parking lot and the entire marina are monitored 24 hours a day by a video surveillance system, which ensures the complete safety of the boats moored in the marina.
There’s also a weather service, where you can find accurate and up-to-date weather information, and a car and bike rental center, so you can set out to explore the wonders of the countryside. There’s a supermarket on the campground grounds, located 15 minutes away from the marina.
To reach the city of Cagliari or the airport, there is a bus connection service.
