An emblem of Oyster’s philosophy and one of the most successful models ever built, the 56 is a fantastic ocean cruiser, compact and agile enough to be easily maneuvered by two, yet versatile enough to comfortably and effortlessly accommodate numerous guests and even crew. Piperita, built in 2000, is a family-owned yacht that has been passed down from generation to generation, from father to son.

 

Little used, never chartered, and never having crossed the Atlantic, Piperita has a very low number of operating hours for both engine and generator. With perfectly equipped for small-crewed sailing and effortless maneuverability on board, Piperita easily gets in and out of ports. Equipped with an electric gangway, remote winch control, davits, external crane, bow thruster, new domestic batteries, and an excellent solar system, just to name a few, she has a number of unique features that make her an attractive offshore cruising vessel.

Below decks, like all Oyster, Piperita offers abundant, functional and practical space to suit a multitude of uses. Sleeping seven in four cabins, the fourth of which converts comfortably into a workshop, Piperita is classically styled in teak, with light blue upholstery creating a cozy atmosphere. A home-like experience with the advantage of changing scenery, Piperita is an excellent all-purpose yacht.

Recently undergone out-of-water work, including sandblasting the hull underwater and reapplying antifouling, replacing all bottom valves and anodes, as well as engine work, she is currently undergoing an upgrade.
