Description

The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 47 is a popular cruising sailboat known for its combination of performance and comfort. It features an elegant design and a spacious interior layout, offering a pleasant and efficient cruising experience. This model was designed by P. Briand for both coastal and ocean cruising.

This specimen has been owned by only two owners. The current owners take good care of it and make some improvements, such as the wooden interior that blends perfectly with the original environment. The forward master cabin has a double bed on the port side and two bunk beds on the starboard side.

The boat is equipped with a 3 kW generator, Webasto heater, autopilot, radar, a brand new Lawrance GPS/plotter, and a 220 V watermaker that needs maintenance due to long use. She is well equipped with furling mainsail (2020) furling genoa (2019), furling foresail, bowsprit with furling gennaker, additional smaller mainsail with sliders that can be rigged thanks to the rail in the mast. Life raft, flares, life jackets and a good set of lines and halyards.

Teak deck clearly shows signs of time, but in many parts, such as side walkways and bow, condition is fair. Rina just renewed with practice sted, antifouling May 2025. Healthy boat, live work in order, no osmosis present.
